There is one thing you need to do this. Someone else ! My partner Eloise is always incredibly supportive especially if cajoled with a commitment from myself to carry out household chores as she is helping me out. I have looked in utter horror at various methods of attempting to do this and end up with an old facebook account or various other miserable hurdles of insurmountable magnitude
Originally when I started facebook I had researched a bit and so many of the other sites dong me sort of thing has 5000 followers, wow, I’d like some of that. So it was set up in conjunction with my new website at the time and I quickly secured 200 followers. Proper followers. But facebook told me for a small weekly fee they would find ne quality followers and a few weeks later I had 2000 followers. Great. Except they were not quality followers and the only people who integrated on my posts were the original 200 proper followers. So I stopped throwing good money after bad. At that point in the creation of my failed business a rare glimpse of business acumen.
But I had some good followers. I was however, due to ineptness, unable to sign into that account and rather than start from scratch I was determined to, or determined to get Eloise to. So we sat with some alcoholic refreshments and within a couple of hours Eloise had magically got it all working again. I posted a few times and that evening got 500 views.
But the crux of digital marketing etc is not to have vast swathes of followers but vast quantities of sales. But with facebook up and running, something I have never sold something through….I think I was determined to work out how to.
Setting up pinterest and reigniting facebook was a good return for the day. How to get sales through them who knows ? But we’ll conveniently leave that for another day !
