It has only been a few weeks since that address and as we can see in the current advert for the next game the result of this forward thinking form Lewes FC. As you can see we are playing Charlton Athletic. Great to see Children With Cancer UK emblazoned on one of the strips. Sadly it is, well no brilliantly good for them, on the Charlton Athletic shirt. The Lewes FC shirt has no charity or good cause just a blank.
This really pisses me off. For Christ sake get your act together. I am not the only person who thinks all this worthy cause stuff is a gimmick. Don’t get me wrong I think using the shirts this way is brilliant I am a leftie. But if the club wants to prove the doubters wrong it needs to raise it’s game and ahem….do exactly what it says on the shirt.
